• Jesus Was Baptized.

    Matthew 3:13-17

    Jesus came to be baptized and would not allow John or anyone else to talk him out of it. Jesus sets the example for all who follow Him. Come to your baptism committed to following Jesus and do not let anyone deter you.

  • Belief and Baptism are Connected.

    When a person accepted the good news about forgiveness of sins and new life in Jesus, they were baptized as His followers. Baptism is one of the first steps you can take to demonstrate your faith in Jesus.

  • Baptism Connected People to Jesus.

    John 4:1

    Jesus was baptizing more disciples and others noticed. Your faith in Jesus is revealed by your words and actions, and others are supposed to take notice. Baptism is a public proclamation that you belong to Jesus.

  • Who Should be Baptized?

    Acts 2:36-41

    Every person in the crowd who accepted the truth about Jesus and repented of their sins were baptized. No one was left out. Every person who accepts Jesus as Savior and Lord repents of their sins should be baptized.

  • How Should I Be Baptized?

    Matthew 3:16, Acts 8:38-39

    Jesus was baptized by complete immersion and so were all who were baptized by his disciples. The Greek word “baptizo” means to immerse or dip under water. The practice of baptism is complete immersion in water.

  • When Should I be Baptized?

    Acts 8:35-38

    There was no prologued delay. There are no examples in Scripture where a person intentionally prolongs the time between when they believe and when they are baptized. Faith and water are the only requirements.

Are you ready?

  • Do you accept Jesus as Savior and Lord?

  • Do you repent of your sins?

  • Do you believe Jesus died on the cross, was buried, and rose from the dead?

  • Do you commit to follow and obey Jesus as His disciple?

  • Then, you are ready to be Baptized.
